NACEC is an international organization dedicated to assisting financial and investment professionals and their clients to achieve their charitable goals through various charitable planning methods.

The National Association of Charitable Estate Counselors is a part of the National Heritage Family. NACEC (pronounced "nay-check") was established in 1982 and is a membership organization that promotes and inspires charitable giving and gift planning. We are an international forum to encourage professional charitable giving ideas. NACEC is also a professional resource for its members. There are two classes of members:

The National Heritage Foundation (NHF) is a charity known as a Donor Advised Fund that empowers donors to recommend grants to other charities from their "Foundation at NHF."
Congressional District Programs (CDP) is a charity known as a "Field of Interest Fund." CDP supervises a Program Manager to operate a charitable program. CDP does not allow donors to recommend or receive disbursements.
Charity Admin, Inc. (CAI) is an organization that provides management and administrative support for new and existing charities.
