Our Founder
Dock Houk
Dr. J.T. Houk, JD, PhD, CPhD, whom everyone calls "Dock," is the CEO of the National Heritage Foundation (NHF). The NHF, which he began in 1968, is one of the largest charities of its kind in the world and has brought all the advantages of a public foundation to family donors. Dr. Houk is an originator in the field of fundraising for charities, known as "Philanthropic Marketing." A graduate of Brown University and the University of Economics Helsinki (Fulbright), he earned his JD from LaSalle University and PhD from American University. An author of fifteen books, Dr. Houk has donated his total assets to charity. Read Dock's Blog here.
National Heritage Foundation
The National Heritage Foundation (NHF) is a charity known as a Donor Advised Fund that empowers donors to recommend grants to other charities from their "Foundation at NHF."
Congressional District Programs
Congressional District Programs (CDP) is a charity known as a "Field of Interest Fund." CDP supervises a Program Manager to operate a charitable program. CDP does not allow donors to recommend or receive disbursements.

Charity Admin Inc. (CAI) is an organization that provides management and administrative support for new and existing charities.
