NACEC has created this statement so that you understand our information gathering and dissemination practices.

NACEC website does not collect any personal identifying information about you unless you specifically and knowingly provide such information, for example, if you should request membership information or trial access to our Members Only section of the website.

Our site's membership registration forms, email newsletters, bulletin boards, free offers and other specific sections of the site, require users to provide us with contact information (such as your name, address, and email address) and method of payment. Users are also required to provide contact information when they purchase an NACEC publication.
